  • The All Inclusive is valid from 12:00 hours on the day of arrival until 12:00 on the day of departure.
  • Guests must show their identification card throughout their stay, which is necessary for the control and correctness of the service provided by our staff.
  • We appreciate your cooperation and would like to inform you that you should always wear the all-inclusive identification bracelet and carry your room card throughout your stay, as they are necessary for:
  • Assisting in inventory control and cost management.
  • We are a flexible hotel in terms of meal plans and cater to our customers' preferences. For example, if you would like to have the all-inclusive package for three days of your stay and a different meal plan for the remaining days, you can do so without any problems. Our system tracks this by swiping your card for each consumption.
  • Once again, we thank you for your cooperation. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our reception team, who will be happy to assist you.
RESTAURANT
  • Breakfast buffet from 08:00 to 10:30 hours.
  • Lunch buffet from 13:00 to 15:30 hours (water, soft drinks, beer barrel and house wine)
  • Dinner buffet from 18:30 to 21:30 hours (water, soft drinks, beer barrel and house wine)
BUFFET SERVICE
  • BREAKFAST: 08:00am to 10:30am.
  • LUNCH: 01:00pm to 03:30pm.
  • DINNER: 06:30pm to 9:30pm.
DRINKS
  • From 10:00 a.m. 01:00 a.m. in all hotel bars within opening hours except Paseo Bar and Chill-Out Pool.
  • Non alcoholic drinks (water, soft drinks, juices, coffee, tea, etc.)
  • Alcoholic drinks, like national beers, wine of the house, and a selection of international and national brand drinks (vodka, rum, gin, whisky, cognac) and cocktails.
  • We inform you that the maximum order per person and card is four drinks within the all-inclusive regime in each order.
  • This service is not transferable and any invitation to others, will be charged to the room.
  • The guests shall wear during the whole stay the identifying bracelet and present the room card while ordering.
  • We greatly appreciate your cooperation.
SERVICES NOT INCLUDED
  • Room Service, Paseo Bar, Chill Out Poll Thalasso, Tennis, Late Check Out, Safe. Telephone consumption is not included either.
